1. How does my sponsorship help Born2Ball?

 

As a youth basketball organization, sponsors help cover the costs of uniforms, travel costs, tournament fees, gym fees and player registration fees.

 

2. Where does my specific sponsorship go towards?

 

It can be applied to a specific Born2Ball team. If unspecified, the sponsorship will go towards our general fund which will assist the organization in budgeting for the current & upcoming seasons.

 

3. Why is Born2Ball structured as a non-profit LLC?

 

A non-profit LLC allows Born2Ball to be exempt from paying some types of federal taxes in the United States. Excess net profits are NOT distributed to investors, employees or stakeholders, but used to maintain or expand operations. This structure reduces the personal risk involved and shelters stakeholders from being personally responsible for all debts incurred.
